We chose SteveBuilt to do our main floor renovation and are extremely pleased with our decision. The project started on time and followed the schedule set out by Steve perfectly. I met with Steve from SteveBuilt after doing some research online. After meeting with Steve and discussing what I wanted to do, I went ahead and booked in my project. Although my house is small, I still wanted attention to detail and quality work. We had a great experience with SteveBuilt. Steve and his crew, (Dave and Rob were our main on site carpenters ) were great, very professional and paid attention to daily details of the job. The guys kept the jobsite as clean as possible, which was imperative with 3 dogs coming home each night. Amber was amazing through the whole thing, answering all my questions at all times, never leaving me guessing or questioning anything as things moved forward. We remodeled our main floor, took down a load bearing wall to open things up, installed a beautiful new kitchen, installed new flooring throughout and added a new welcoming front porch to the house. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them!

We are very satisfied with the project that Steve completed at our house. The addition of a patio and overhead permanent roof was perfectly designed to match the existing architecture of our home. He completed everything that we wanted and also gave us some ideas that we appreciated. Everything went smoothly and on budget from the beginning to the end. From the initial application stage with Amber, first meeting with Steve, and drafting of plans with architect Glen C., we were confident our mudroom/laundry room addition, plus shed, would meet our expectations. I can't say enough about Steve and his crews. Their workmanship has exceeded my expectations. They could see my vision and made it comes to life. The site was cleaned every night... inside and out. Even our neighbours commented on their work ethic! Rob, the site manager, was a dream to work with. He became my sound board, my designer.
