Craftsmanship is an essential part of any construction, but a reno goes beyond that. You are letting people into your home and entrusting them to your bathroom, kitchen, living room, or any other part of the house.
You want to make sure you’re inviting seasoned tradespeople with the proper tickets and insurance, not a high-school intern learning to cut tile on your brand new backsplash.
But at SteveBuilt we take it one step further. We treat each project as if it were for our mother.
Throughout the project, each worker is courteous, and we make sure your house is in a livable condition.
And when it’s time to mark a project as complete, every detail is inspected, and only after the quality exceeds expectation, and the area is as clean (or even cleaner) then we arrived.
Lots of people never renovate their house because they’re worried about the risk. What if something goes wrong? What if something breaks? What if…
I hate seeing people worry like this when they don’t have to, so here’s my promise:
Here at SteveBuilt we promise you that if we installed it, built it, or worked on it we will back it. Call us with any questions or any problems you may have for the next 10 years and we fix it, that’s my promise to you.
Throughout the process we connect with you daily, weekly or monthly depending on the project. We offer text and photo updates for those clients that want to be a part of the moments and progress. Our job is to make your renovation an enjoyable one.
We recorded a short video of us completing a custom renovation.
