This original space made use of a whole lot of brown and a whole lot of pink. While we were able to keep the exact same footprint in the newly improved versions of these spaces – we definitely stayed away from dull and muted tones in our updates.

The kitchen received a massive upgrade, with custom cabinetry, new appliances, countertops and back splash, recessed lighting with new sink and faucet. The end result is a stunning, crisp and clean kitchen that blends practicality with elegance.

The en suite bath and powder room received massive updates as well. The MAJOR one being the closing off of the door between the two bathrooms (we have to admit, this was one of the strangest things we’ve seen to date).

These important spaces in the home have been completely revamped, and the homeowners are now enjoying them in their daily rituals. Mission accomplished!

We chose SteveBuilt to do our main floor renovation and are extremely pleased with our decision. The project started on time and followed the schedule set out by Steve perfectly. The contractors Steve used for the job were great, the interior designer he helped us choose was amazing, lead hand Rob and his crew were outstanding, and the constant updates from Amber all kept the project on track. I met with Steve from SteveBuilt after doing some research online. After meeting with Steve and discussing what I wanted to do, I went ahead and booked in my project. Although my house is small, I still wanted attention to detail and quality work. We had a great experience with SteveBuilt. Steve and his crew, (Dave and Rob were our main on site carpenters ) were great, very professional and paid attention to daily details of the job. The guys kept the jobsite as clean as possible, which was imperative with 3 dogs coming home each night. Amber was amazing through the whole thing, answering all my questions at all times, never leaving me guessing or questioning anything as things moved forward. We remodeled our main floor, took down a load bearing wall to open things up, installed a beautiful new kitchen, installed new flooring throughout and added a new welcoming front porch to the house. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend them!

We are very satisfied with the project that Steve completed at our house. The addition of a patio and overhead permanent roof was perfectly designed to match the existing architecture of our home. He completed everything that we wanted and also gave us some ideas that we appreciated. Everything went smoothly and on budget from the beginning to the end.
