This bungalow in St. Catharines had a poorly finished 80’s style basement that desperately needed help! The homeowners were missing out on some major square footage potential by leaving it as is and we were thrilled to help them maximize the space.  

SteveBuilt was able to demo the existing basement and rework the footprint to create a clean, functional space built for daily use without sacrificing any aesthetic details. After we gained a clean slate, we installed new pot lights and framed out the new walls. 

A 3-piece bathroom and a section for laundry with a sink and storage was added to the space. Installation included drop ceilings, drywall, new doors and hardware. HVAC was rerouted where necessary and the job was completed with a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. 

The homeowners now have a functional basement that will provide dividends for years to come.

I met with Steve from SteveBuilt after doing some research online. After meeting with Steve and discussing what I wanted to do, I went ahead and booked in my project. Although my house is small, I still wanted attention to detail and quality work. We had a great experience with SteveBuilt.
