The major issue that the clients on this project were experiencing was the size – or lack thereof – of their master bedroom. They were looking to update their lifestyle with not only an increase in bedroom size, but also a massive walk-in closet with laundry and a luxury en suite bathroom.  

We were able to create multiple spaces with this remodel – and the end result is truly awe inspiring. We’ve created a relaxed living room on the addition’s main floor, complete with vaulted ceiling and skylight. We’ve also relocated the main floor bathroom and added a spare bedroom as well.  

The original design on this addition called for a jog on the outside of the rear structure – which would have unfortunately taken away space on the inside of the walk-in closet. Instead, we were able to think quick on our feet and increase the size of the walk-in closet by 3 and a half feet with a simple adjustment to the design.  

The showpiece in this project is certainly the en suite bathroom. We were able to create a soothing and bright shower space with no door – an impressive feat and a feature that the homeowners love.
