This dated 2 story home underwent a massive transformation with a main floor renovation. We take great pleasure in walking into a space and brainstorming how we can make it a more enjoyable place to live for the families that we work with. 

On the Wilfred Laurier project, we completely gutted and renovated the main foyer, dining and living spaces, main floor powder room and kitchen. Walls came down, beams went up and new custom finishes and cabinetry was used throughout. 

The end result is a beautiful and spacious main floor that provides that wow factor with elegance and charm. Undertaking a home renovation is a great way to upgrade your current living space without the stress of having to relocate. On top of that, having natural flow in your home can go a long way to increase your quality of life and the value of your home. We truly love opening up dated spaces for our clients.

I met with Steve from SteveBuilt after doing some research online. After meeting with Steve and discussing what I wanted to do, I went ahead and booked in my project. Although my house is small, I still wanted attention to detail and quality work. We had a great experience with SteveBuilt. Steve and his crew, (Dave and Rob were our main on site carpenters ) were great, very professional and paid attention to daily details of the job. The guys kept the jobsite as clean as possible, which was imperative with 3 dogs coming home each night. Amber was amazing through the whole thing, answering all my questions at all times, never leaving me guessing or questioning anything as things moved forward. We remodeled our main floor, took down a load bearing wall to open things up, installed a beautiful new kitchen, installed new flooring throughout and added a new welcoming front porch to the house.
